Selmer’s construction team works across sectors within infrastructure and private and public building construction. We assist in all stages of the projects, including by establishing the appropriate contracting strategy, procurement processes, contract structures, negotiations, project execution and claims management. We also assist with final settlements, mediation and dispute resolution, and are actively involved at system level preventing disputes.

We possess particularly high levels of expertise in large cooperative projects, major infrastructure projects, technical contracts and framework contracts, as well as architectural and advisory issues. Our lawyers are regularly engaged in disputes in all of these areas, both before specialist dispute resolution bodies and the general courts, and many are authorised to appear before the Supreme Court of Norway.

We work closely with our public procurement specialists, who give us the opportunity to provide integrated assistance in construction procurement processes.
